The beginning with Circula was great. A fantastic team, strong leadership at almost all levels – the most valuable aspect was that we worked together rather than against each other. This culture made Circula unique and was a true distinguishing feature.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
With the new leadership team introduced in 2024, the company culture changed noticeably. While changes are common in growing start-ups, this shift brought a new dynamic that not all employees embraced. The previously strong sense of cohesion and values-driven collaboration took a back seat. As a result, some employees decided to leave the company, which was unfortunate given Circula’s great potential.

1. Preserve company culture and values – Maintain the strong sense of teamwork and collaboration that originally set Circula apart. Even in times of growth and leadership changes, core values should remain a priority.
2. Ensure leadership consistency – When introducing new leadership, ensure alignment with the company’s established culture and values to maintain stability and employee engagement.
3. Support employee retention – Implement initiatives that prioritize employee well-being, professional development, and a positive work environment to reduce turnover and retain key talent.
4. Encourage a people-first approach – While growth and scaling are essential, maintaining a human-centric leadership style will help sustain motivation and productivity across teams.
Feedback was provided from various departments and levels but was not actively heard or incorporated into decision-making processes.
