Circula has taken a dramatic turn for the worse under the new management. The once vibrant and inspiring company culture is gone. Instead, there’s now a toxic “hire-and-fire” mentality, where people are brought in with no clear plan and then quickly let go without any reasonable explanation. This creates an atmosphere of constant uncertainty and fear among employees.

Transparency? Completely nonexistent. Decisions are made behind closed doors, often impulsively and without any logic. Communication from leadership is either missing or unhelpful, and feedback is discouraged. Suggestions from employees are ignored entirely.

It’s devastating to see a company that used to be innovative and exciting transform into an organization where employees are treated like expendable resources. What was once a cool, ambitious startup has now become a place I would actively warn others to avoid.

• Establish a clear vision and strategy instead of chaotic and reactionary management.
• Show genuine appreciation for the team and move away from the toxic hire-and-fire approach
