Has been going down over the last few months. It still depends which team you are a part of but overall mood has declined, pressure build up and some decisions can only be described as absurd
Kommunikation
There is an attempt to be transparent and motivating but c-level lacks empathy and understanding. Some main communicators also like talking way more than listening.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There were and still are a lot of great, creative, smart and innovative people at work. This of course differs from team to team and there is one team that probably feels the heat at the Moment.

There was never any issue in terms of Work-Life-Balance

The higher you go, the worse it gets. Half of the c-level backs ineffecient processes and decisions. Some teams are led by pressure others through micromanagement. Product and Marketing decisions are overturned on the regular, based on personal preferences of the c-level or Investors.

Funnily enough Cobrainer does not use it's own product. The good thing: you get development budget for both personal & Professional development. The bad Thing: finding your own development solutions, getting them signed off, etc. makes it an exhausting process to get where you want to go
