Packt existierende Probleme einfach mal richtig an mit einer ehrlichen Lösung im Hinterkopf. Eine Hub-Website zu erstellen um Transparenz im Unternehmen zu schaffen hilft nicht, wenn dort gefühlt nur FAQs zu finden sind und keine nachvollziehbaren Erklärungen zu Entscheidungen der Unternehmensführung. Transparenz heißt nicht ein Wiki aufzusetzen, sondern mit den Mitarbeitern zu sprechen und diese zu ihrer Meinung zu fragen und sie mit einzubeziehen. Ebenso wenig hilft ein All-Hands-Meeting wo lediglich small talk gehalten wird und neue Mitarbeiter vorgestellt ...

Your employees are people with emotions and not robots - the sooner you learn that and respect them, the more willing they will be to do good work for you because they want to and not because they're scared to get fired or scared of getting in trouble.

Das Management ist eine Katastrophe! Die Führungskräfte sind entweder völlig überfordert oder schlichtweg inkompetent. Entscheidungen werden ohne jegliche Rücksprache mit den Mitarbeitern getroffen, und das Ergebnis ist eine permanente Unsicherheit. Wenn du eine Meinung hast oder Verbesserungsvorschläge machst, wird das entweder ignoriert oder direkt abgebügelt. Es herrscht eine totale Kommunikationslosigkeit.

Things happen, like literally out of blue but downstream communication was just wishful thinking
Chaotic, a hyper-growth company with no standard communication, mixing between Teams, emails and in-person communication

Wachstumsbedingt besteht nicht viel Zeit für Weiterbildungen. Ich gehe jedoch davon aus, dass sich dies weiter bessern wird. Aufstiegschancen sind eher intransparent und werden nur vage mitgeteilt. Persönlichkeitsentwicklung findet mehr passiv statt durch ein positives, reflektiertes Miteinander. Auch hier sollte man davon Auszugehen, dass sich die Firma dahingehend entwickeln wird, da sie sich zurzeit in einer starken Wachstumsphase befindet.
Genau so schnell wie das Produkt und die Firma wächst, wächst man mit.
Unfassbar schnelle Lernkurve und Möglichkeiten sich zu entwickeln.
