No one listens to feedback given in eNPS. C-level is in their own bubble/ away from real company work atmosphere.

VIP culture within the company. No clear policy/ transparency on remote-work contracts. It is personal liking/ disliking of C-level on who gets a remote-work contract within Germany.
Many people stay more than 50/100 kms away from an office location but only a FEW chosen ones (personal liking of C-level) are given remote-work contracts.
This gives a negative message to an existing employee who relocates within Germany for personal reasons. Trust is lost for such employees who are made to feel small/ worthless & firable if they dont report to office location, if current remote working policy is withdrawn by C-level.
Post-Covid world is remote anyways, especially for a software product company.
