Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

VIP culture within the company. No clear policy/ transparency on remote-work contracts. It is personal liking/ disliking of C-level on who gets a remote-work contract within Germany.

Many people stay more than 50/100 kms away from an office location but only a FEW chosen ones (personal liking of C-level) are given remote-work contracts.

This gives a negative message to an existing employee who relocates within Germany for personal reasons. Trust is lost for such employees who are made to feel small/ worthless & firable if they dont report to office location, if current remote working policy is withdrawn by C-level.

Post-Covid world is remote anyways, especially for a software product company.

No budget given to individual employee for Weiterbildung. Just give 1 overall license for Udemy online courses. These are outdated anyways.

No special time allocation policy defined. Should Weiterbildung be done outside office hours? No one to answer questions about this policy.
