Arbeitsatmosphäre

Lot of pressure from the top, if you don't deliver in the certain way, masks are being dropped.

Kommunikation

Nearly only top-down communication and decision making, there is only little room for creative and new ideas.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Colleagues on the same level are actually the best in the company.

Work-Life-Balance

I needed to start working before my contract start at consid, that says it all.

Interessante Aufgaben

Only longterm project with focus on the public sector, something completely else was promised in the recruiting process.

Gleichberechtigung

Me as a male got a different (better) salary than my female colleagues with similar experience. I got paid a bonus that non of my female colleagues got. Nothing I want to support further.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

A lot of people come in with years of experience, so the general age structure is good and there are no problems with older colleagues.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

It's a good salary, little over market I would say but thats also how I got interested in the first place. The price I needed to "pay" working there in the end was high.
