Our Process – The Journey Together
Our first Get2Know will ideally be in person. We’d love to welcome you to our office, show you around, introduce you to your potential future colleagues, and give you the opportunity to get a real feel for what might await you. During this conversation, we’re eager to learn more about you as a person: your passions, your dreams, your expectations – what makes you thrive in the workplace. And, of course, there’s plenty of space for your questions! Let’s have a coffee, lunch, or a walk & talk together!
Once you receive positive feedback from our side, you’ll have the chance to meet one or two of our wonderful colleagues for a technical challenge. Think of them as sparring partners – here to exchange ideas, discuss doubts, tackle current challenges, and more. We don’t want to create an atmosphere where you feel the pressure to have perfect answers. Instead, it’s about fostering an open discussion, exploring challenges together, and thinking through solutions. This could be a potential client case or even a small coding challenge. There’s no need for extensive preparation; we’re more interested in seeing how you approach these situations and how we can best support you.
Your final step towards joining Consid will be an informal gathering with members of our Management team. Our goal is to give you the chance to meet all the core teams so you get a well-rounded view of who we are. Dive deeper into potential clients you might work with in the near future and gain insight into our vision for the coming months and years.
