It's good to learn from past mistakes and to realize how important it is to put people first. Things are being changed, the benefits catalog is being expanded and we are tackling many new topics. This turnaround in terms of a holistic people experience is already being felt within the company. The open and transparent communication is great, as is the excellent team building.
