Leider kann ich Contabo als Arbeitgeber nicht weiterempfehlen. Es gibt zwar viele Reden und Marketingmaßnahmen, die von Diversität und Offenheit sprechen, doch die Realität sieht anders aus. Hinter den Kulissen ist das Arbeitsumfeld oft durch eine ungesunde Dynamik geprägt. Es fehlt an echtem Engagement für die Werte, die nach außen hin vertreten werden. Viele Mitarbeitende fühlen sich in ihrem Arbeitsumfeld nicht wohl und sprechen selbst intern offen darüber.

It's good to learn from past mistakes and to realize how important it is to put people first. Things are being changed, the benefits catalog is being expanded and we are tackling many new topics. Contabo präsentiert sich nach außen als hochprofessionelles und innovatives Unternehmen, insbesondere auf Messen und in der öffentlichen Wahrnehmung. Doch hinter der glänzenden Fassade zeigt sich ein anderes Bild. Viele aktuelle und ehemalige Mitarbeitende teilen die Einschätzung, dass entscheidende Probleme nicht adressiert werden. Kritik wird zwar angehört, jedoch oft mit beschwichtigenden Worten abgetan, ohne konkrete Maßnahmen einzuleiten. Selbst das Ansprechen bei Führungskräften führt selten zu nachhaltigen Veränderungen. Schlechte Bewertungen werden ignoriert oder mit oberflächlichen Standardantworten bedacht, die keine Lösungen bieten.

Die älteren sind zu meist die Chefs. Natürlich behandelt man die auch alle gleich gut.
Kann keinen Unterschied erkennen. Erfahrung wird sehr geschätzt.

Sehr schwer an Weiterbildungen zu kommen
Weiterbildung - könnte dme Arbeitgeber was kosten - bloß nicht
Flache Hierarchien, daher kein Aufstieg. Weiterbildung existiert noch nicht, nur bei Eigeninitiative.
Azubis sind einfach nur billige Mitarbeiter welche sofort ins Alltagsgeschäft einsteigen müssen. Keine interne Schulungen mehr und aufgrund des starken Wachstumskurses auch keine Zeit sich in der Arbeit selbst Kenntnisse anzueignen.
Es soll ein neues internes Schulungssystem eingeführt werden, wann die Mitarbeiter jedoch Zeit haben sollen für diese Fortbildungen ist sehr fragwürdig.
Es bestehen keine Möglichkeiten in andere Abteilungen zu wechseln. Fortbildung, Bildungskarenz, Zusatzqualifikation werden nicht angeboten. Die eigene Karriere zu fördern ist somit nicht möglich.
