From the moment I applied for the position of store manager, it was clear that both management and staff lacked professionalism and hospitality experience. I advise any prospective employee to refrain from pursuing a position at this establishment. If you submit an application and are invited to undertake a trial period, you must be aware that it is your responsibility to demonstrate the requisite skills and abilities. There is a distinct lack of support, no opportunity for dialogue, no introductory statement, and a notable absence of a welcoming environment from the District Manager and the Leadership Team during the trial period at the store.
