Arbeitsatmosphäre
I liked working with my younger colleagues a lot and spent also many evenings after work with my colleagues. However, how the company was led from the top reminded me very much of corporate practices and not really the startup way.
Kommunikation
The communication between my colleagues and the team leads was really good but it was difficult to have regular catch-ups with the top management.

In general, the colleagues were really nice.
Work-Life-Balance
I was one of the first employees and in the beginning, the workload was quite heavy but OKish for a startup. After the heavy lifting things improved a bit.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Unfortunately, I did not feel involved in shaping strategic / product discussions and received clear tasks for execution only. This is very untypical for a startup and reminded me very much of the good old corporate world. I missed the regular interaction with the top management.
