Kommunikation

Direct communication from Management can be improved. The motivation from Management to the Da Vinci employees during these strange times was missing

During usual business days it was very smooth. During Corona times the communication could have been proactive.

However, we are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the internal communication during the pandemic.
