The lack of understanding of how to run an educational program and what should be prioritized, such as the programming. They currently concentrate on their sales numbers instead of the quality of what they are providing. It is a shame.

Prioritize increasing the quality of your programming, such as investing in truly training teachers and developing an actual curriculum that is followed by all teachers. Get rid of the management team that lacks any real sense of humanity and only cares about sales.

The lack of transparency is quite problematic, especailly in the face of their saying over and over again how transparent they are.

They try to get people to sign up for a job based upon an additional monthly payment related to how many people they recruit, which left many colleagues hurting economically because the bonuses never reached what they had been told was the average.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They hire people with an unbefristete contract and then fire them without cause and withour warning. They do not care about their staff or their students at all. They only care about the number of new people they are can scam into joining their trainings.
