One of few German Aircraft Manufacturers with very interesting fields of work, but some internal issues

Typical engineering work for the development of an Aircraft. With the certification and production of the D328eco there is a clear goal in mind. There is the opportunity to switch departments internally.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Out of the 16 months (so far) that I have been employed, 9 times has there been the wrong salary transferred to my bank account. HR outsources the finances to an external supplier that keeps messing up. Sometimes, simply the wrong salary was transferred. Other times, the wrong amount of taxes, health insurance or pension insurance was deducted. It usually took several months before the pay slip was adjusted. This is by far my biggest criticism of Deutsche Aircraft and not acceptable for a company trying to recruit international talents. My suggestion is to handle the finances internally, so that the company actually has control over the pay slips of its own employees.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Since the company itself is still growing and taking shape, there can be a lack of clear processes or responsibilities. The leaders in the company are onto it and it has gotten better during my time here, but it might still be different than at a large company with firm roles for everybody.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It feels like there are too many (online) meetings with too little output. Talking directly in person would be more goal-oriented than setting up online meetings.

International atmosphere, everybody is very friendly and helpful
Interessante Aufgaben
Chance to take part in the development of a CS25 Aircraft. Sometimes not clear if given tasks are actually relevant.
