Could be better as a lot of communication is distributed over multiple sources (slack; viva engage; Intranet; sharepoint; email news; github....). Furthermore, the information overflow is drastic with a lot of just FYI messages. Related news that you first need to filter as there is not one important news board due to each info being treated equally doesn't matter if its big IT changes or news about Corporate Responsibility which is nice to know but not relevant for my daily work/ company strategy. This should be separated, and you can read it if you have time you would anyhow skip it otherwise but makes finding valuable information more time consuming.

Depends on the Teams.
Across Teams its harder to get assistance sometimes, especially if you unaware of the dedicated colleague dealing with the specific topic.

There are a lot of opportunities but problematic due to no pay increase, so people tend to look outside of the company.
Comparing publicly available sources (Glassdoor; Indeed...etc) company still lacks others withing the financial/tech area and no transparency is given at all (this is a taboo topic)
They every time advise their Benefits are good - this is already basic that most company offers (Gym membership / Food allowance / VWL....)

HR just change the promotion Titels, but they still don't come with any additional benefits. So, you just receive Nametag you should be proud of.
Trainings are extremely interesting (Google cooperation/ AI and new Tech ....)
