HR Department is not responding on time, does not send you the papers you need for getting unemployment money, is not beeing objective at all (is sharing information and being more helpful to a few employees, serving own interests). The office is not attractive at all. There is a huge management problem in the sales department that leads to an enormous flucutation of employees. Don't promise anything you cannot offer.

internal coaching with no goals, everyone got promised to be team lead in a few months but no one got access to it. No possibility given to evolve or even take more responsibilities because the management does not want to delegate.
