Onboarding needs to be improved, as well as clear salary increases.
In general, very old way of culture, very top-down and leaders talk first/speak the loudest. Often very reactive to B2C trends and not so much focus on real innovation

If you like to work a lot, bring in your own ideas, drive the business, directly want to learn a lot after university, Döhler is the perfect place. Plenty of challenges and so many possibilities with endless customers. On the hand, no clear focus and missing in-depth understanding, no access to the newest market data and often long(er) hours to work.
Colleagues are often nice and happy to support, very international environment and plenty of diversity on the low/normal levels which basically doesn’t exist at higher levels.
Crazy fluctuation and many young kids from the university who work hard but can’t offer a lot of knowledge yet but the culture is bringing in young talent for a few years, and repeat

Information from board and CEO every quarter but barely broken down from leaders for normal staff
Onboarding very chaotic
Plenty of internal hubs and communication among the different departments has to improve

Some very nice and supportive colleagues, some not so nice people.
You need very strong contacts within the company to navigate successfully and get things moving

Plenty of projects at the same time, lots of customers on a global basis, so emails fly in all the time. Visibility on-site is recommended heavily by many leaders to get promotions/more salary etc

Some very good ones, plenty of people who don’t like to lead (clearly don’t want to spread wings) and develop their team but sit since a long time on their positions.

If you want to work on cool, futuristic topics, it’s a great company.
Gleichberechtigung
Not many women in high positions, dominated by male/white/(old) colleagues . Salaries seem to be very different
