I just started recently and I have to say I really, really honestly like the atmosphere a lot and feel completely empowered and appreciated. I explicitly decided to join already because of a good gut feeling and so far I am still positive excited and full of energy to rock this job.
Kommunikation
Very honest direct communication. Real interest into each other and absolutely driven by efficiency and impact. No bla bla. I really like that.
Transparency is a driver for the communication.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I guess the best POC / thing at the end is - Would you go with your colleagues to an after-work drink? Absolutely YES! The second best thing - if you really trust each other - everything else is so much more energy efficient and smooth. Even if the workload is high - it never feels like wasting energy into bullxxx or politics.
Work-Life-Balance
Is what you make out of it. Knowing the trust into each other also means freedom to act like it feels right to you.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
So far I can say that they are respectful, driven, interested into each other and convinced about how important it is to set a nice culture where everyone is proud to work for such a company. Mission goes on.
Interessante Aufgaben
Joining early and building a sustainable company and a wanting-to-be-in-the-team culture is what drives me most. And secondly, I am loving to build great digital products everyone enjoys using and boost their way of working.

As a female leader, I am already convinced to say that this is the case! Equality lives if treated so from both sides. And here you will find a place where this is given. I feel equally seen, respected, paid, treated.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
So far there is not much I can say about it or have seen / witnessed. But as much as I can judge the mindset itself I would fully agree / trust and see here a nice collaboration and trustful / respectful teamwork.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We are still a small team and the environment and tech we work in/with is great - Although it needs soon an updated office / more space and so on. I know the founders are on it so I trust this will be solved soon.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
At this point, everyone individually can improve constantly a bit more I would say. Take the commute to the office by walk / bike instead of the car. Switch the heater down, when the window is widely open or close the office windows overnight on colder days etc. As a company they can support organic milk in the conference room instead the even more evil one for example or as we have plant-based milk at Elevion Green which is nice. And so on.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
We are at an early stage and this will be a good topic for the future to be tackled for sure. In general, compensation is absolutely fine but more future-oriented topics like shares and or acceleration bonuses are to be improved.

Clearly the company needs to get way more active towards employer branding and image in general. but first things first.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Not so much to say here yet - because I just started, but I can not see any show stopper or slow downer. Of course I see it also on my side to get active here and pull opportunities and talk to my managers / colleagues about needs / ideas and wishes.
