Take things seriously and come out of your ego . some things happened with me which was not first time , it happened with other colleagues as well . But HR will just sleep and never talk to you.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
They have very uncomfortable atmosphere . Here manager mentality is that we have to put all pressure in Probation and check performance from day one because after probation it is very difficult to remove someone from the company (because of work council).
They have no idea how a team works .Mostly managers are immature .
UPDATE : Don't fall into trap of overall review because HR send one task in onboarding in Personio for hiring process only and people filled it after joining with 4 or 5 star .

Manager are just delegates to cover up. Manager (almost all) are very immature and don't know how to handle the team and don't respect the personal responsibilities. First they will not welcome you instead they will ask you all the questions so that there neck will be safe . I have never seen these kind of managers. People join the team because of a good leader.
Elli also know about it so what they do is that they outsourced the hiring and then after joining you will find the worst manager in your life.

It's a pitty about the experiences you describe.
Unfortunately, some of the points you mentioned are not true.
You say HR doesn't talk to you after you joined Elli? On your first day, you will be invited to a digital onboarding session lasting several days, where all new employees are welcomed. This is organized by HR and even the CHRO introduces himself alongside the colleagues who are responsible for operational HR work. All three of them point out different ways to get in touch with HR several times. We are available via TEAMS, Slack, in various official meetings and of course on site at all 3 locations and are happy to welcome every employee who comes to see us. We do not offer any further welcome meetings, as the new employees are busy at the beginning with information, new faces and various meetings and we do not want to overwhelm them even more. If you would like to talk to us, please feel free to do so at any time!
The salary at Elli mentally broke you? The salary is competitive and has been benchmarked. Individual professional experience and qualifications are also taken into account. Therefore we would have loved to listen to your opinion personally.
