Arbeitsatmosphäre

Nice to have home office flexibility (almost no need to go to the office at all) but the offices (except for Wolfsburg) are nice to go to

Kommunikation

Frequent all hands or town hall meetings but without any content. Lots of bla bla and no clear vision or strategy

The only reason most people are still working here

There are times with higher work loads but you can balance it out in other times

Ridiculous choice of “head of” or VPs… some head of don’t event any team to be responsible for - for what reason do you need a head of then?

Interessante Aufgaben

Nice product and dynamic industry but unfortunately, many tasks are repetitive since no one wants to do the clean up but simple finish the take and calm down the fire

Gleichberechtigung

Almost no women in head of or higher positions. On the other hand, women just got promoted because they are family but not a fit for the role… just to fill the quota

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Unfair to know that some people started with 130k just because the hiring manager wanted them but all others are way below while doing a greater job

Karriere/Weiterbildung

So many organizational restructurings and changes in management have take place that no one could even see your development nor push you in your career - except to go and apply somewhere else
