Nice product and dynamic industry but unfortunately, many tasks are repetitive since no one wants to do the clean up but simple finish the take and calm down the fire

Almost no women in head of or higher positions. On the other hand, women just got promoted because they are family but not a fit for the role… just to fill the quota

Unfair to know that some people started with 130k just because the hiring manager wanted them but all others are way below while doing a greater job

So many organizational restructurings and changes in management have take place that no one could even see your development nor push you in your career - except to go and apply somewhere else

Since the restructuring, there have been procedural and organizational changes. It takes time for everything to take effect. Also the improvements that will occur as a result.
Regarding your comment regarding career and continous education we want to point out that we implemented the Staff Dialogue, Career Paths and Leadership Trainings. This helps to identify potential and promote it at an early stage.
