As I'm sure is the case in any company, there is room for improvement in one place or another, but so far I don't have anything that I really think is bad.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
"Don't put pressure on yourself!" I've been told that in the beginning, and it's lived out at Elli. I am given time to learn and my work is valued. Supervisors and colleagues are always there for me when I have questions. That makes the working atmosphere very pleasant.
Kommunikation
Elli has a very open communication policy. Upcoming changes are shared transparently with the entire workforce, and any concerns are addressed.
The exchange of information at the operations level is sometimes a little slow. This is known and is being worked on - for example, by setting up new processes.
The multitude of communication channels is sometimes a bit confusing. At the end of the day, you sometimes no longer know which medium was used to share which information - something that can also be solved with the appropriate processes.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It's great. All colleagues are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone supports each other. Knowledge is shared, not hoarded, and everyone contributes their skills to make a project a success.
Work-Life-Balance
The flexible working hours make it easy to combine work and private life. Nobody says anything if you have a doctor's appointment in the morning. The time is then added where it fits.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My supervisor communicates my tasks clearly and understandably. Results are valued and there was a great deal of trust in my work right from the start. There is a really friendly atmosphere.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks are varied and diverse. So far, nothing has been boring. I'm looking forward to more exciting topics.
Gleichberechtigung
Equality is a matter of course at Elli. Great importance is attached to this and it is lived. The team is diverse and international and it's really fun to celebrate with everyone, for example, a new colleague who brings another nationality to the company.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I clearly belong to the older generation and no one makes a thing out of that. I feel very comfortable.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I work from home, but have had the opportunity to visit all 3 locations. The facilities are good at all of them (height adjustable desks, large monitors, ergonomic chairs, meeting areas).

We highly appreciate your detailed feedback! It is great that you pointed out so many things which are already good and where we could improve ourselves at the other side.
You mentioned the various channels we are using for communication. Fair point! We should organize it in a better way. But at least we want to make sure that everyone has all the information to know what is happening inside and outside. Some of us Ellians prefer Slack, others TEAMS and then it starts to get confusing. But let's see how we could improve it :)
