Cliques, Favouritism. Just don't get on the wrong side of management. Your life will be miserable.

Lacking in diversity. Just telling people to be "polite" to each other does not change unconscious bias of your employees. Are you really concerned about the well being of your employees??

The open culture at Elli should be visible for every Ellian. Therefore it is really sad to hear which impressions you are sharing. We hope you attended our last "Honestly Survey" to speak up for the mentioned points. There will be measures on company level to improve specific points.
