Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The colleagues, for sure! I only had lucky in this part: the colleagues are super nice and understanding, the calls can be funny at times because people seem to connect well. Of course is not a rule, there are some that aren't so nice, but I was lucky to meet so many nice colleagues.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Organisation and structure can be a little hard to understand, for all in the beginning.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Maybe designate people to help others, have someone coach the new team members because it feels like everyone is extremely busy all the time so you feel weird to ask questions since it always seems like no one has time to really help you and you end up feeling pressured to also be busy although you are in the beginning and don't really know what is going on.

Kommunikation
In between teams it works really well but as soons as you have to communicate with other teams, it can be a little hard.

I can only speak for my team and man are they great, always helping and sitcking up for each other!
Work-Life-Balance
I would say it's pretty good! I see a lot of young parents in the company that are also having their private lifes and the bosses don't seem to mind and even encourage them to be present for their children. I had calls where kids would jump in and even interact a bit and the bosses where super chill about it, it made me happy!

I had only good experiences in this part, understanding and really nice bosses! (the direct ones)

I don't feel in anyway less important than any other colleague from the same or different gender.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Elli is pretty new and te colleagues are, in the most part, really young. The few older colleagues that we have seem to be ok with it. I can't really say it though because we don't have many older colleagues n the team, but the ones we have seem to be super integrated.

I think it's good, a lot of new colleagues are coming and the company is growing really fast.

Most the colleagues that I spoke too had really few bad things to say about the company, most of them find Elli a good working place - but then again, I can only speak for my team!

Regarding your bad concious about asking questions: I want to encourage you to ask them! Especially at the beginning of a new job it is necessary to clearify every open point. So please - do not hesitate to collect all the information you need. I am pretty sure that no one would be miffed at you because everyone was in the same position before :)
