Avoid this company. It's a chaotic place and there's no room for growth. You'll be nobody in the hands of VW behemoths.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Nothing I can mention so far.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Lack of opportunities.
- There are many processes.
- Lack of long-term goals.
- There are more VPs than departments.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

- Create a plan for what the company needs.
- Don't hire people just for the sake of internalization.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Employers are extremely unhappy and feel underpaid, which creates a toxic work environment. Despite promises of raises, they never happened.

Kommunikation

I have no idea what the company is doing, whenever I go to a company meeting, I feel I am just not part of the company.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Only on specific cases.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

In my case, my manager was supportive, but his mindset was completely different from the company's vision, which created some difficulties.

Interessante Aufgaben

There are no any interesting tasks, just extremely boring and manual tasks to deal with.

Gleichberechtigung

As I said before some people are underpaid

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

almost all older colleagues are underpaid

Arbeitsbedingungen

This is one of the weirds company I have ever worked,

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The company wants to change the world, by providing e-mobility services to customers.

Image

Company Image is favorable as this company is part of the VW Group, even though they do not offer any valuable products to the end customer yet.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Degreed is a joke, there is 0 chance you will grow in your career.

Hello,

we are sorry that you did not discuss your concerns directly with us. We value open communication and believe that direct dialogue can often lead to more effective resolutions. Nonetheless, we are pleased to read that your manager was supportive and that you understand our vision: "The company wants to change the world by providing e-mobility services to customers"! This indicates that our communication efforts have had some positive impact. We take your feedback seriously and will use it as constructive input to improve further.

However, we have already made significant progress in several areas you mentioned:

- Career Growth & Development: While Degreed is one tool, it is not the only instrument we offer to Ellians. We finalized our Grading system which is the base for a clear and consistent Career Growth & Development plan. Furthermore, as presented in our Company Meeting, we will be implementing a comprehensive Development Path to provide clearer career growth opportunities. We also encourage all employees to take initiative in their development, this is why we implemented the additional Technical Training budget for more flexibility to support employees on their individual needs. If you have specific training interests not listed in Degreed, our Talent Management team is always available to support such requests. It's unfortunate that you did not take advantage of these options.

- Chaos, yet many processes: Elli has transitioned from the start-up to scale-up phase: what you describe is characteristic of this transformation. We are continuously working to streamline our processes in order to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity and chaos.

- Strategy & long-term goals: The Strategy team has put on much effort in communicating and sharing our long term strategic goals since earlier this year: in the dedicated All-Hands Meeting, in the weekly updates on Slack... This information is regularly emphasized in Company Meetings as well as in the general All-Hands by the Management Board and by the people who are leading the topics. Information about our strategy is therefore accessible on different channels. We regret you missed these communications.

- More VPs than departments: This point seems inconsistent, as each Vice President leads a department. Thus, the number of VPs corresponds to the number of departments.

It appears you may not have fully explored the opportunities available at Elli. For any further clarifications, we encourage you to reach out to our HR team or schedule a virtual coffee meeting to discuss all possibilities again. We look forward to hearing from you and working together to address your concerns.
