That you sometimes don't know who does what. Some people working on similar topics at the same time.

Working on communication- reducing the channels. Creating more synergies between cooperating teams.

Elli is trying hard to create a positive working atmosphere to maintain motivation.
Kommunikation
With my direct colleagues I am facing no problems getting all the info needed. But there are to many channels for communication and people are using them according to their preferences. Some regulations should be made.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Due to the different working models (hybrid/ some fully remote) and many new colleagues it is probably a challenge to work as a team. More incentives/ events for team building would be beneficial.
Work-Life-Balance
There are some fixed schedules which of course are mandatory when working on projects. That one should be attending is also only obvious. Otherwise are free to plan your work day freely.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
A flat hierarchy makes it easy to get in touch with your VP's/ superiors.
Interessante Aufgaben
A lot of space to take action and to get involved. Depends on oneself to shape their working space.
Gleichberechtigung
Definitely a divers team from many different countries and backgrounds.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There is to be defined what is 'older'. I could not spot any misbehavior regarding more experienced or let's say mature colleagues. Everyone is at eye level with each other.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Feel-good atmosphere: new and well equipped offices, lift tables as a standard, snacks available for free
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
I have no insight in all the units so far. Especially what procurement does regarding sustainability topics.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary was negotiable, benefits could be improved by offering an employer-funded pension program. I heard some criticizing the lacking possibility to use the company cars on the weekends.

Transparency is a very big topic at Elli which leads us to the different communication channels.
