Work culture is very bad , current employees (not all but mostly) are very orthodox and they don't care about your problem .

Please train your current employees and managers about good work culture and leadership.
Also don't outsource interview because new joiner and team can't align properly.

Not good at all . They talk about diversity but dont understand other people perspective . They start to blame you from day 1

Colleague are not so chill they are also part of this orthodox work culture company . They will not understand your problem and complain to your manager

They want justification of every minute even if you spend 10 minutes in washroom then you have to justify that time .

Un experienced managers. They think that they are boss and its one way communication with them . They are not leaders and not even one quality

It's a pitty o hear about your experience with us. Elli is characterized by open and transparent communication and there are various formats for getting involved and actively shaping the culture. You say you are "blamed from day 1" on. We would like to know more about this so that we can take action here. This is atypical for Elli, as we live and promote diversity.
