@Natscha: too little too late, getting in touch with HR is almost impossible and you know it. "We are working on it" is a very shallow and insulting excuse after 12 months. You are aware of all of these issues and yet you chose to ignore them.

Two-class system: promotions and raises (?) in HR, Management and company critical areas, all others have to wait for the grading system to be established. Process feels like it is being deliberately extended, and raises and adjustments will happen gradually over the next 12 months.

I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction.

But be assured that I and the entire HR team will not ignore any problems. Quite the opposite. Together with the Works Council and the entire Leadership Team, we are working to give our employees a sense of direction and a working atmosphere that is good for everyone.

As well as everyone has to wait for the final Grading - HR is also waiting. No one receives preferential treatment or special support. We live equality - this is the base of our Elli culture.

Company cars are always a topic - but this is a matter of the contract negotiation and depends on your role. I just can repeat: We live equality.

Degreed was never meant as a substitute for development. It is a support for extending your knowledge and developing your personal and professional skills. Within the Development Paths you have now the chance to develop and to grow - take the chance!
