my team lead at the time was amazing, super transparent and like a role model to me. but the country lead was toxic. I didn't make it pass my probation because the company can't afford anymore (200 others were laid off shortly after) but the country lead told others it was because of my performance. Like why do you have to sh*t on me when everyone knew already the company was falling apart.
