  • The entire interviewing and onboarding process was outstanding. I had two interviews in total. The first was with the HR team, where we had a friendly and insightful conversation about my background and their expectations for the role. The HR representative was very knowledgeable, even answering my questions about the team structure and workflow in great detail.
  • The second was a technical interview with two software engineers. The engineers were extremely professional, they made the process feel less like a test and more like a collaborative discussion, which I really appreciated.
  • After receiving an offer, the HR and onboarding team provided amazing support, making sure I had everything I needed to settle into the company smoothly.

  • The interviewing process was great. I had three interviews in total, the first one with the technical recruiter, more of conversation about my experience and my and their expectations. The interviewer knew every answer even when I asked questions about teams and their workflow.
  • After that, I got a challenge to complete for few days, the challenge was very informative and easy to know what it is wanted. After that I got the technical interview with two software engineers which were very kind, friendly and really professional with me, it was around 1h or 1.5h and everything went really well. Finally I had the final interview with CTO of company, which again was more friendly conversation about my past experience. I had an extremely fast feedback and happy to join them

I made a previous review and they seem to take down a lot of their negative reviews.

I interviewed for this role and had the worst interviewing experience possible. The recruiter showed up late, she seemed very uninterested in being there, was not friendly and did not ask any proper questions. She was very incompetent as this is suppose to someone who represents the company (no intro of the company and could not answer any questions I had about it). She knows who she is and they need to hire better a better recruiter to represent the company. I will not interview here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Respect the skillset of people. Don´t offer mid level positions to people which are clearly senior. It is okay that requirements can change but honestly then you should be consequent and go for those people and not try to renegotiate salary and expectations during the process.

Companies that want mid level positions and salaries for senior people don´t offer a healthy culture. This is not "being supportive" like your values tell on your homepage but rather exploit the experience and skillset of your employees.

Live your values and respect people!
Run employee run ... until your company starts caring about you!

The whole interview process was very professional, very appreciative and at eye level. The communication with the Talent Sourcing Specialist leading the process and all colleagues involved, was very transparent and it was always clear what the next step would be. I received feedback very quickly and the next steps were planned promptly.

There were several rounds of interviews with different interview partners (People Team, Peers, Leadership Team) - remote and on-site - which were very well prepared with in-depth questions, where I was able to gain detailed insights into the company, the culture and the role, and where we were able to get to know each other very well.

Even after I accepted the offer, there was close contact with the People Team to prepare my onboarding very well and to make me feel part of enmacc from the first minute. What a great candidate experience!

Clear and professional communication from the moment I sent in my application to the moment I was hired. The process was well structured and explained from the beginning and I was given feedback through every step. All interviews were very pleasant and all my questions were answered.
My first interviewer was with the recruiter, following an interview with the Talent manager and finally the Head of Finance. Finally, I was called by the recruiter who offered me the job. I also had another job offer and turned this down as I felt the interview process at enmacc was transparent and it was a great cultural fit for me.
All in all, I can only say that I felt really comfortable from the first moment on.

Train people on how to conduct interview. Read résumés before starting to ask people the same information in the CV. If you promised to give a feedback of the interview, do not ignore candidates (Ghosting).
