Open communication, appreciation of diversity in the company
Leadership need to be more flexible with their availability and show more appreciation/recognition to employees
It is a really nice environment with a lot of international people from around the world. It felt like working with friends in the office and did not feel excluded especially on my first day.
The onboarding process went really well with HR, she was also my recruiter during the hiring and organised a fancy breakfast for us together with the HR onboarding plus it setup. My team took over after, welcomed me and a team lunch was organised for me to get to know them more. In the last year of being at the company there have of course been ups and downs as any company of this size would experience but always appreciated the support from the team and the support from HR even when it was difficult to speak to my manager sometimes.
The Abroad working was a high selling point because I got to work from my home country and I enjoyed the flexibility the company had with working.
I recommend this place if you are looking for an employer to learn a lot and make an impact. There are growth opportunities but it can be be limited depending on the team.
My experience at Enmacc has been incredibly positive. From day one, I was welcomed into a supportive and friendly environment, which made the onboarding process much smoother.
As a dynamic workplace, Enmacc gave me the opportunity to connect with people from different departments, making my experience even more enriching. The internship program was well-structured from the beginning, with plenty of resources to help me understand the company’s work methods. Despite working on a standalone project, I felt integrated into the team. The team is open to suggestions and improvements, which made me feel capable of contributing in a meaningful way.
I had continuous mentorship and guidance throughout my first month, which has been invaluable. Even though it has only been four weeks, I have already gained a wealth of knowledge and insights.
To succeed in this company, you have to be friends with management, be sleeping with management or have a brighter skin tone. They treat foreigners unfairly and you will never progress if you are a person of color. They let go of people of color easily with no explanation and the few there will be stuck in the same role for a long time with no promotion or increases. Unequal and unfair organisation.
They allow dogs in the office, that's the only good thing.
Toxic place to work. People with visible lack of knowledge are on high positions solely because they worked in the company for a long time. Practices they impose are visibly wrong and create stress within the whole department, but management doesn't bat an eye. The team leads lie to your face how they will take action and nothing ever improves. It only gets worse.
Listen to feedback and actually do something about it.
You never know what to expect each day coming into work. Every day is a new surprise, and not a positive one. One thing is for sure, you will discover new ways of being stressed.
You can dream about having a work-life balance. Calls after work hours, calls during work hours don't let you work on your task at hand. Crazy sense of urgency that will make you dream of your job hours after your shift ended.
Depends if you are friends with upper management or not.
No salary is worth the mental collapse this company can do to you.
Even the brightest star gets extinguished here.
If you deal with the friends of upper management, but you yourself are a professional who doesn't suck up to anyone, best of luck to you.
Supervisors will push their own agenda no matter what your feedback is.
Communication is there only for the sake of communication, you will be heard, but no action will ever be taken.
Preferential treatment, nepotism, cronism. If you are not buddies with upper management, you will get treated poorly. If you don't suck up to upper management, you will get treated poorly. If you do your job well, it doesn't matter if you are not friends with upper management.
If you find the time to work on interesting tasks, which is rare.
When you get toxic environment, you hardly find anything to like.
Management is not transparent to every employee and the way they review employees is worst which is nothing by one sided. They built a culture of toxicity in the team and only their favorites have power of voice and if they don’t like you personally, you will hardly get an appreciation and bad review.
There are some very good team members in the team. Some are very friendly and very good professionals, unfortunately the best ones are never valued.
Overall, the work environment is very toxic and rife with nepotism. To receive promotions or be appreciated, you need to be friends with the original founding team. It doesn’t matter how hard you work—if they don’t like you, you will never get a salary increase or promotion.
The management is very close-minded and toxic. They retain inefficient employees simply because they like them and even promote them. Additionally, they refuse to take responsibility for their faults. Even when receiving low scores in work environment surveys, they blame the employees instead of reflecting on their own behaviour.
Complaints are not taken seriously, and raising issues often results in being seen as the problem. There is significant unequal treatment—those within the inner circle enjoy all the benefits, while others are left out entirely.
The turnover rate is high, yet management refuses to address it. Employees who leave, whether voluntarily or due to dismissal, are treated poorly. The company rarely provides proper explanations for terminations, and these individuals seem to vanish without acknowledgment.
I wouldn’t recommend working here unless you are prepared to spend significant time trying to be friends with the management and the founders. Otherwise, your contributions will likely go unnoticed.

Do not work here
The company has some nice people but teams are overworked. They do not appreciate people who work there long. People leave often and a whole team quit sometime but the manager is never the problem. Not qualified managers and they are rude and toxic. There is no growing for people who are there for long, you have to date someone more senior to get ahead or be friends with the high ups to get promotion and money increase. Mean leaders and toxic HR.
very professional, a lot of empowerment, they give you all the instruments to work great!
So verdient kununu Geld.
