As an employee nothing was good. Nothing. I wanna think about something good, but there is nothing.

Everything is bad there., really.
But the worst is the following:
The C level of Corporate IT knows nothing about tech or IT support. He thinks that by reading a book about IT he knows everything...
The Director of Corporate IT has the fetiche of automation. Of course automation is good, specially in IT support... But as every fetiche, sometimes those can blur our mind. He's mind is so blur by automation, that he's trying to configure it, before having full control of all applications employees are using, also before having processes for the support of those applications and what is worst, before having the Coporate IT team structure defined.
So as the C level, he knows little about many things related to IT, at least related to IT management, which is his role...
