Espira Fürstenried Munich: worst experience working there, it gave me a breakdown bc of the arbeitsklima.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
They take care of the planet and have good principles, but I would do that with more happiness and joy. They did it bc the kita concept was like that and they HAD to do it.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
it was really the most sad place where I had worked. Plaase make yourself a favor and don’t work there, it gave me 6 LONG months of therapy. The arbeitsklima was horrible, everybody was competitive and talked bad about each other, instead of working as a team. If you did something wrong without intention someone was immediately telling the principal.
They had as well a bad treatment to the kids sometimes but I’m not going into that bc it would be another BIG topic.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The leitung should have more psychological intelligence and empathy, and take care of their workers, not to take every kritik as personal, but as a possibility to grow in her work.
As well I think the organization Espira and Joni Kinderbetreung lost the focus and it’s not the wellbeing of the kids anymore but just money.
My colleagues that where from südamerika where sometimes discriminated for the German ones. They were mean, I didn’t lived that myself thank god, but I sow it.
