Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Good as a short-term stopgap or entry-level job, as the decision-making processes at the individual locations are short. And as people leaving, open jobs are always there.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Appreciate the employees more and don't change the processes and jobs every month. In my short time, I have noticed a lot of changes that have to be noted with "silent quitting" in the team.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Give your employees a reason to be motivated. More salary, more flexibility on both sides. On the lower end: A working air conditioning system in summer.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I didn't feel very welcome and the atmosphere was very cold. Nevertheless the individual personalities were nice and helpfull.
Kommunikation
Important points were communicated. Decision-makers difficult to reach as always in meetings
Kollegenzusammenhalt
This is not a criticism of individual people. I have met great personalities. But I didn't feel any support. Everyone tries to hold their own.

The lab is well equipped. Offices have enough space. But no welcoming company.

I did not recognize eurofins as a sustainable company. Its more a lab with high amount of consumables and chemicals.

Unfortunately, I have never earned so little money. Highly dependent on negotiating skills
