Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Management of the employees, not treated as people. If someone is working for 6 hours he should be able to fill up 6 working hours . The manager pressuring employees to change that is against the labour law.

Please be clear and explain everything you expect from the employees during the interview process.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The manager treats you as a toy. they switch you from one project to another without considering the impact on you. even if you have to change residence. they just don't care. Plus they ask to change your filled working times if you did not had tasks from customer side. Even meeting times should not be considered as working times. its like you are not a person, it doesnt matter for how many hours you are prodctive for. Rest of times such as meetings, communication with colleagues should not be filled as working hours. absoulute nightmare. I explicitly remember manager called me and forced me to reduce my working hours in SAP according to her needs.

Kommunikation

well if you are International person,Please stay away from this company. At the time of hiring interview, Hiring manager assured me, the language and cooperation won't be a problem . But ground reality is completele different. Managers don't cooperate. I remember at the exit interview, I asked to explain something to them in English , and manager totally refused. which I feel is unfair. If something to me is not clear, I can ask that in english. So the diversity and International company aspect is only on Paper. not in real life.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Everyone is stuck, because they are afraid to leave.
Colleagues are friendly, but the management is poor.
Noone has clarity about the project , future scope of project anything. My mentor did not had Idea that I am being transferred to anothe team.

Work-Life-Balance

They expect if you offer work from home aspect, you will have good balance. but that's not the case.
