Great atmosphere, a lot of fun at work but at the same time professional.

Kommunikation

Communication is in general good and very transparent on the organisational level. But between the teams there is room for improvement (as in almost every company).

It’s great to work with so many smart and nice people! People enjoy working together and there is no competition among them.

Work-Life-Balance

No core working hours, overtime compensation and a lot of support and understanding for colleagues with children. Work adapts to private life, not the other way around.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

There are no explicit hierarchies, everyone is on equal terms and can take over responsibility and leadership tasks.
People first principle is not only a phrase but really lived.

Interessante Aufgaben

I guess it depends on the team you’re working in, but in general you can take over a lot of challenging and exciting tasks (internally and on client projects). Sometimes you have to do repetitive tasks.

Possibility to work from home or the Munich office (or even coworking spaces in other cities) - it’s a nice place, centrally located, bright and with a big kitchen space where you can find good coffee, water and fresh fruits.

Fair salaries and benefits, talks about the salary are always very transparent and respectful.

There are no classical hierarchical career levels because of the shared leadership principle. But there are a lot of possibilities to learn and grow, e.g internal lectures. If you want to do external trainings you have to be proactive, but it’s always encouraged.
