Work-Life-Balance
Basically good, since flexible. Of course, holidays have to be coordinated with colleagues (substitutes). Longer holiday periods tend not to be appreciated. Holidays during the holiday and Christmas season sometimes a bit problematic. 2 days attendance in the office is compulsory and no exceptions are made (also for part-time, etc.). Core hours from Monday to Thursday, shorter on Fridays.

See also key point working atmosphere. Feedback needs improvement. Goals not clearly defined (also not for the individual employees). Distribution of tasks leads to unequal prerequisites, even within a team and in the same position. Employees are not really involved in decisions, but are more likely to be presented with a fait accompli. Officially, criticism is desired, but superiors then often take criticism too personally.
Interessante Aufgaben
The range of tasks is varied and interesting. Due to the unequal distribution of tasks, the individual workload is sometimes not distributed fairly either. It is possible to (co-)shape the area of responsibility yourself within the framework of the tasks assigned to you.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Equipment is provided and special requests are sometimes fulfilled on request. The heating/air conditioning in the building is rather ornamental.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
2 stars, as social benefits are offered and salaries are paid on time at the end of the month. Otherwise, the starting salary is very low. There is an annual salary adjustment, which does not allow you to make big leaps due to the said low starting salary. Bigger salary jumps are not possible, or hardly possible. There is a bonus system, but this does not compensate for the low salary. In relation to the low salary, the workload is (often) very high.

Externally, the image is good. As the company has grown a lot lately, it partly does not live up to its own standards anymore.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Virtually no opportunities for promotion, not even with time. Further training is possible, but you have to take care of it yourself and justify it.
