Instead of delivering speeches at conferences all the times and with an air of self-importance, it's important to realize that you are not the next Steve Jobs. A key area to improve upon is developing a leadership, which is currently lacking completely.

Voicing concerns leads to empty promises, no real change. Arrogance and manipulation prevail at the top, while mediocre middle management struggles with founders. Sexist behaviors are common among higher-ups. No clear product vision, employees lack respect and recognition. The current management lacks experience, feigning care for employees.

Striving for greater humility and honesty is crucial. It's essential that the founders focus on addressing their ego problems and start treating everyone with fairness. The lack of accountability within the top management is evident and needs attention.

The atmosphere here isn't great. The Founders can be really rude, and they often say things that are offensive or disrespectful towards others. If you dare to let them know that you're not happy and are thinking about quitting, they treat you like you don't exist anymore.

This company has a habit of twisting information around (it could become a case study in business schools). When you have 1:1 with Directors and Founders, they're secretly trying to learn things from you. Later on, they might use what they learned to work against you as soon as they can. There is zero trust in general
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Most people here are nice, but the Directors and higher-ups tend to be the kind of leaders who always agree with EVERYTHING and will do whatever it takes to make the founders happy.
Work-Life-Balance
There's really no balance between work and personal life. It seems like the founders are the only ones who get to enjoy that balance. The rest of us end up overworked, and any changes to improve the situation only happen after things have already gone wrong.
P.S.: Would you ever want to work for a company where the founder is hardly around (maybe they live somewhere else), but they don't like anyone else to do the same? Or where the founders are more interested in hiring an executive assistant for themselves instead of getting their hands dirty?
