Loads of pressure, whenever something goes wrong you end up receiving blame even though you already do 150% of what any normal FTE would do.

Some people really went the extra, extra mile. Unfortunately, you experience those colleagues leaving now.

Too much work, only the tech team does events.

The founders are simply not behaving in an okay way. There is too much pressure, questions for prioritization of tasks (since it is too much) are rather met with blame (then work harder) then understanding.

All diverse colleagues left, negative comments from one of the founders are happening daily. For example, he explicitly forbid any celebration of the international women's day
