Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

When things go well, Flaconi can be like a small family. You don't have to hide and you will be accepted

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

No say in anything. Long response times, no matter what the concern is about. if your unhappy, that its your problem, work on your attitude.

Listen to your employees. Promotes their knowledge, appreciates their work

Phew, I think it's improving minimally right now. The last 10 month have been terrible and it's still not really good.I think everything is being done here for a sale of the company and unfortunately you can see that on all actions/corners.

Kommunikation

Many of the supervisors I have dealt with over the years have problems with good communication. Communicating on one level is very rare here. It is often the case that you are given the feeling that your own opinion does not count. You've been here for a while and know your job well, but if you say your opinion, you'll always be contradicted at first.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Really good in your own department. Throughout the company, I have the feeling that you are even sometimes played off against each other

Work-Life-Balance

It's OK. But it's also not the case that you are asked about it if something doesn't seem to be ok here. You have to take care of yourself and your own limits are not always respected.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

In my years here at Flaconi with various supervisors, I didn't even have anyone where I would say that was good, that was a motivating, inspiring person. If you know what i mean. Or maybe it's me. I am very sociable and demand little for myself.

I think it's good, but there's still a lot of room for improvement. There are reasons why many of the good colleagues have left

It's ok, open-plan office is never good. You can't concentrate well on your work, but there is the possibility of working from home. But I have the feeling that this is not so welcome. And there are also certain quiet areas, but if you spend the day there, you can listen to sayings like, don't you like us anymore and stuff like that.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

You're definitely not here for the salary. There are no big jumps here. The only way to get more money is a promotion. And than you are basically charged with the new money at the lower end. Also there are sometimes slight inflation compensations. There is a salary round every year, at least thats what they say. But I haven't noticed much of it in my years at Flaconi. I've never had a conversation like this. If i was lucky the only thing a get was a call afterwards with the announcement that I have a little more money from now on in a year. And if you want more, you will be put off that this is not possible at the moment and that you will certainly be considered next year....

When I tell someone that I work at Flaconi, if they knew what Flaconi was, the first reaction was usually that they used to be better, better prices and offers and so on

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There are training courses but the budget is low and you have to take care of everything yourself. If you take care of everything yourself and get along well on your own, you can make a career at flaconi. But don't expect any support. Once you're promoted, you're on your own

thank you for your constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. Through various measures and initiatives, we are currently making active efforts to ensure that our employees are the center of attention.
We are sorry to hear that you have not yet noticed any major changes as a result of these efforts. Change sometimes takes time and I hope that we can implement much of your feedback in the coming months to make flaconi a satisfying place to work for you again.

In this context, we would also like to address the issue of supervisor behavior, as this is an important topic we are currently working on. We are aware that employee satisfaction is to a large extent related to leadership. With different upskilling sessions and coachings, we aim to improve the skills of our managers and provide them with the necessary tools to create a positive and cooperative working environment within the teams in the long term. These and other initiatives show that we actively invest more in our employees.
