Experience depends on your EPM. Bad EPMs make experience horrible

Modern tech, great people. I made many friends in this company - unfortunately had to leave because of only 1 person and 1 bad non technical EPM.

Team structure is messed up. too much power given to non technical EPMs.

Please focus on teams that have people leaving due to the same person. Maybe take a deeper look into how much power you give to EPMs. There's no excuse for EPMs with 0 technical knowledge controlling engineers. If some engineer is incompetent and the team complains about it - the EPM only focuses on their own KPIs. No one can work in this structure

Only writing about the team and not Flix. Your luck depends on which team you are going to be placed in. If the EPM is incompetent, good luck! Even if someone blatantly bullies you, the EPM is going to serve their own self interests.
Kommunikation
The EPM focused on only favouring their candidate, and ignored everyone else's needs. Even if the rest of the team communicated well, we were forced to make our communications stoop down to their levels of incompetence.

Team was bad. Not much to work. Easy terraform stuff with too many engineers
Gleichberechtigung
EPM favoured only one candidate. They promoted an incompetent engineer to senior and were hellbent on making sure that their decision wasn't questioned - even if that meant dismissing the problems others had.
