The compensation is below the industry average. It would be at least nice to be in the middle and not on the bottom as a lot of cost are not covered by the firm such as books, tuition cost, exchange semesters etc.

Very kind and understanding HR. Reply very fast to questions and find solutions for every problem so far.

Everybody is very kind and going to the office is always fun
Aufgaben/Tätigkeiten
Workload is a good balance between slightly demanding but not too stressful. Work is interesting and you have a lot of freedom when to do it
