Ex-Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat bis 2023 im Bereich Marketing / Produktmanagement bei Front Row Germany gearbeitet.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- their expertise - they are real experts in terms of retail media and amazon
- the office

Verbesserungsvorschläge

- Leadership trainings, especially for directors
- stop the hire and fire culture
- stop focusing only on billable hours,

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Over the years, I was able to observe a tendency of so called elbow society, which is strongly developing. High performers, who are willing to invest a lot of over hours are very much appreciated and get promotions. If you are very good in presenting your self, if you are very outgoing, they see and appreciate you. A lot of colleagues though are quiet and introverted high performers, who are certainly not seen and appreciated. Instead, some even get fired. Or lets say "asked to leave".

Kommunikation

Communication is one of their super powers. Management communicates transparent, at least this is what they show. In fact, a lot of things are not properly communicated and brushed under the carpet. Im wondering why over the years so many colleagues where gone from one day to another, without any headsup or notice period.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Highly depends on the team. I loved my team.

Work-Life-Balance

Officially, you can work whenever you want. The truth is, you have to reach a very high a mount of billable hours, which oftentimes is simply not possibly, due to the high number of internal responsibilities which are expected to be managed as well. So overhours are not only expected, but necessary, if you want to be seen adn appreciated

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Highly depends on the lead. There are some really empathic and supportive ones, while you have some leads, especially some directors who are not. I think some leadership trainings could be helpful.

Interessante Aufgaben

if you are eager to learn, you can definitely take over very interesting responsibilities.

Gleichberechtigung

Within the last 2 years, I have seen at least 3 highly capable women leaving very fast after coming back from their maternity leave. Since the company is promoting itself as so family friendly and supporting, Im wondering why.
Im also wondering why the company consists of roughly 50% international colleagues, but the leads mostly are german or at least white colleagues? Also the management is 100% male. You can draw your conclusions yourself here.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

The company is focusing on hiring young (and cheap?) colleagues

Arbeitsbedingungen

The new office is awesome. The micromanagement is not.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The company is focusing on highly capable international talents, who they pay way under the market standard. Other than that, the payment depends on how urgent they need you. Some colleagues are earning way too less, while others were able to negotiate really high salaries, which are according to market standards. I can only recommend people to start talking about your salaries.

Image

Front Row is a company full of experts and everything they do, is with full heart and purpose. I really loved working with high professionals.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Depends on the level of over hours you are willing to invest.

Dear Reviewer,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. We appreciate any constructive input as it helps us to reflect and improve as a company.
However, we would like to clarify that certain claims made in your review do not accurately represent our practices and company values. We feel it is important to address these points:

You mentioned that Front Row is no longer the same as Finc3. While it's true that our growth and integration into an international agency network have brought changes, I’d like to clarify that the core values we upheld as Finc3 remain central to who we are today. We have grown, but our commitment to our people and values has not changed.
Regarding your comment about introverted colleagues: "A lot of colleagues though are quiet and introverted high performers, who are certainly not seen and appreciated. Instead, some even get fired. Or let’s say 'asked to leave.'"—It’s understandable that decisions around departures can sometimes feel unclear or difficult to process from the outside. However, I want to stress that Front Row is not a company that values extroversion over introversion. Both personality types are equally appreciated, and we deeply value all contributions, regardless of style. I’m sorry to hear that you felt otherwise and would welcome the opportunity to better understand your experience. Please do not hesitate to reach out to the People & Culture team so we can discuss specific instances where you felt this imbalance was evident.
Concerning the statement "The company is focusing on hiring young (and cheap?) colleagues" & "The company is focusing on highly capable international talents, who they pay way under the market standard,"—I was disappointed to read this. We have worked closely with external consultants to develop salary bands that exceed market standards, ensuring that all employees are compensated fairly. The notion that young or international talents are paid below market rates is simply incorrect. In addition, hiring international employees in Germany is a highly regulated process, and the visa process requires that strict legal salary standards be met to ensure equitable treatment for all.
Lastly, I’d be very interested to learn more about your perception of a "hire and fire" culture. Based on our employee turnover data, this characterization does not align with the reality of our company. However, I would love to better understand your perspective and welcome further conversation on this.

Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors. Should you wish to discuss any of these points further, our People & Culture team is always open for dialogue.
