A lot of work, especially in preparation before and during the season. There are many days in the summer when it is impossible to finish after 8 hours but since the work is fun and brings satisfaction, I can still live with that, and it is definitely better than at my previous employers!

My manager is pragmatic, down-to-earth, working very hard to make the company be successful, and this is motivating me too to do the extra mile.

This is definitely the most sexy part of the job. Variety of tasks, each day is different, from technical elements like cars, damages, repairs; customer handling to projects etc. I absolutely love the variety FreewayCamper offers! And very often how you do the tasks depends on you - flexibility and creativity is valued.

Salary is a bit lower than for similar positions for people with comparable skillset and experience, however, it is still a start-up and it is clear that you could earn a bit more elsewhere, but the impact you make, the unique atmosphere and variety of challenges compensate for it!
