I am insanely glad I chose FreewayCamper and the Operations department as my place of employment. Because of the nature of this department, the work can sometimes be insanely challenging and require more than just attention and time, but it's always a pleasure to look at the results afterwards and rejoice with the other employees. But if everything was easy, there wouldn't be much to remember, would there? However, what really makes this place so great are the people you'll meet here.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
A pleasant atmosphere to work in. Here you will always be heard and feel on an equal footing with others. In all departments (in my case in the Operations department) everyone tries to help each other and tell you how you can do things better.
Kommunikation
With the startup model, communication reaches its best level. New information can always be accessed. For example, in my department (Operations) every fortnight there is a meeting of all employees and they are told about all the innovations, set new goals to achieve and informed about the successes or failures recently
Kollegenzusammenhalt
One of the main reasons I love the company. All the people here are not only pleasant to work with, but even want to work and help. Everyone is eager to help you, if you lack experience, to teach you and generally make your working hours quite good. Even in the most difficult and stressful periods, if you feel depressed, it doesn't go unnoticed. However as always and in every company can be people with whom it sometimes difficult to work(But in overall comparison, it's the kind of thing you stop noticing)
Work-Life-Balance
Here they follow the principle of the importance of getting the job done rather than the number of hours spent at the workplace. This allows you to strike a balance that you are comfortable with.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It's almost impossible to dream of better people in this position. I came to my seat like a little child, not understanding anything. Thanks to my manager, who patiently taught me and was calm about mistakes, I learnt a lot of things that will help me in my future career. He evaluates all the tasks I have completed fairly and always tries to take me to a higher professional level
