Employer behave colleagues, like that they are not there. He is not even greetings at mornings. He just ignore people that they bring a lot advantages for little Money.

Work is not just writing code for eight hours. Colleagues are not just taking advantage of . The company should do sth about the anxiety and stress that people face there. What in an interview is promised is really going to be asked from colleagues not just for convincing people to sign contract. I do not know why they showed me all structures sth else and they talked too good about atmospheres .
