IT infrastructure can be improved. They are heavily loaded with requests.
An inhouse canteen or even a vending machine would be much appreciated.

I found the multicultural environment very much respectful and good for the overall growth of the organization.
Kommunikation
Clear communication from the Line Manager. In a global team there are come delays and sometimes unclarity, but they are sorting out with discussions.

I can confidently say about my teammates that they are supportive and believe in mutual respect.
Work-Life-Balance
Normal work hours with sufficient yearly holidays. However, there could be a high level of work-load and expectations to deliver.
