Arbeitsatmosphäre

They force people to go to the office even if there is not enought restrooms to everyone and all the meetings are online

Kommunikation

All decisions are taken in China, and chinese team does not speak English enough to communicate and also have no interest at all in sharing information, there is a competition between china and Germany, and as they have the information we are usually sabotated.

I was humiliated by chinese colleage 3 times and nothing was done

Is ok, not much work to do, but you have to be in the office

Management want to see people sit on their desks and control it closelly. Basically if you are not in your desk, you are not working

Benchmarking, Benchmarking, Benchmarking. send info to China and never know what happened after.
