I think a specialized team to tackle the chaos and streamline processes would help. The "mushrooming" was an issue. The company grew a lot due to COVID and the need to work from home, but each department seemed to scale up almost independent of the rest.

Friendly company. The office parties are nice.
Kommunikation
Company decisions were transparent and communicated in weekly meetings. These meetings were joined by almost everyone in the company (managers included) and everyone was invited to ask questions and discuss topics.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
My german level was not good enough for small talk. And most people in the company spoke very little english. This means in my time there I never really spoke with more than 2-3 people. This might not be an issue for anyone else. But it was a big one for me.
Work-Life-Balance
Never did I or any other member of my team have an appointment during working hours that we could not keep. As long as the hours were clocked and the work done nobody cared how one uses their time.

Pretty friendly and relaxed.

It did get boring at times, but this is standard for office jobs.

This might just be the most inclusive company I worked for. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary was not amazing, but I was new to Germany so I can not complain. I did get 30 days vaccation, attendence bonus and Holiday bonus, which is more than you can expect from other companies.

The company has a very modern look, the branding is very well done. Probably one of the best I have worked for.
