Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Biweekly 1:1 feedback calls with the Vorgesetzte in which both personal career goals and the performance in the team is discussed; Making me lead/manage the project from the start so that I am ready for promotion already; And there is a cute dog in the Munich office on our floor that makes me go the office more often

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Everything is fine but just to nitpick, there is no Canteen/Mensa; No greenery or plants in the office.
