HR management needs to understand what HR means: Human Resource. The HR department has one of the highest turnover rate in the whole company. In the last 5 years 6 people have left.
Korean staff have priority in the very limited parking spaces.

It is time to take the staff seriously. This is europe and the company needs to start to understand and respect the values of the workforce.

Kommunikation
The (local, non-Korean) staff is kept in the dark on most things, only Korean network. Best to follow tyre biz in the press if you want to know what is going on in the company.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Strongly depends on which team. Europen team members outstanding. Korean expats do not want to be included and keep to themselves and have thier own network
Work-Life-Balance
Zero! 40 hrs work week. Not able to carry over "extra worked" hrs. to the next month to take off. 15 hrs. a month "over time" expected and not compensated. Starting June first, no more home office!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
If you have a non-Korean manager, your are in luck. Otherwise, sorry. Korean manager love to micro-manage and only trust other Koreans.
Interessante Aufgaben
Always something new to do, but you must be proactive in researching for information. Little internail support.
Gleichberechtigung
Strong discrimination against europeans by koreans. Company policy and rules only applies to europeans, for koreans there are always exceptions
